Job description2 years proven experience in training and instructional designExperience developing and conducting instructor-led training, either live or via webcastExperience in using design tools for instructional materialsExcellent ability in conducting training needs analysisAbility to work on a deadline set by internal stakeholdersExcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsKnowledge & application of adult learning principles in Lesson and curriculum planning skillsStrong interpersonal skills in both client interactions and team interactions and a willingness to interact with clients on a regular basisStrong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage & pronunciationAbility to use Microsoft office applications like PowerPoint and Word

Microsoft PowerPoint:

basic text formatting, tables, master layouts, text and title placeholders, entering slide notes; ability to use graphic design features to create screen layoutsMust have a demonstration of undertaking of formal qualifications or development in learning design, instructional design and/or adult learningCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
