    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations for a growing business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting, while providing reliable, data-driven insights to support business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead monthly and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements.
    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions and payroll-related filings.
    • Manage tax compliance, including indirect and direct tax filings in accordance with local regulations.
    • Ensure accuracy of journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
    • Support external audits and coordinate with regulatory bodies as required.
    • Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and internal controls.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong background in payroll and tax compliance.
    • CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred but not required.
    • Strong understanding of tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and payroll computations.
    • Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero, and advanced MS Excel skills.

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm PHT
