WE'RE HIRING: PRICING ANALYST & PROCESS ENGINEER
Main Focus: Margin Protection & Operational Flow
This is one of the most critical roles in the company. You will serve as the operational engine — protecting margins, improving efficiency, and bridging office support teams with warehouse and logistics operations. This role is onsite.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven professional who can protect company margins, optimize workflows, and build systems that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dynamic Pricing Engine
• Develop and maintain a pricing matrix that automatically adjusts margins when Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) fluctuates
• Monitor meat price movements and ensure profitability is protected
2. Perfect Order Audit
• Map the full journey from Inquiry → Order Processing → Picking → Dispatch → Delivery
• Identify bottlenecks and improve turnaround time
3. Leakage Detection
• Identify areas where money is being lost (inefficient delivery routes, excessive packaging, data entry errors, etc.)
• Propose cost-saving and efficiency strategies
4. Technology Optimization
• Research, evaluate, and implement business tools
• Improve automation, reporting systems, and operational dashboards
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the bridge between office support teams and warehouse/logistics
• Ensure operational flow is aligned with sales and pricing strategy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Financial Management, Accountancy, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in pricing analysis, process improvement, or operations is an advantage
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills required
• Detail-oriented and data-driven
• Experience in distribution, trading, logistics, or food industry is a plus
• Work is on-site
