    The Thought Leadership Content Specialist is responsible for executing the thought leadership content plan by developing, managing, and optimizing high‑quality content assets. This role partners closely with creative teams and subject matter experts to deliver compliant, brand‑aligned content across multiple formats while ensuring operational excellence in editorial processes and performance tracking.

    The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and experienced in content production within a fast‑paced marketing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute the thought leadership content plan, developing and managing assets such as white papers, webinars, videos, and blogs.
    • Partner with creative teams and subject matter experts to produce high‑quality, brand‑compliant content.
    • Manage day‑to‑day editorial processes, including version control, reviews, approvals, and accessibility checks.
    • Support the implementation of AI‑enabled workflows for drafting, summarizing, and optimizing content.
    • Assist with webinar coordination and video production logistics, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Track and analyze content performance metrics, including views, downloads, and engagement, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
    • Ensure all content meets compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain documentation and workflows that support consistency, efficiency, and quality across content initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5+ years of experience in content development, marketing communications, or thought leadership programs.
    • Familiarity with content management systems, webinar platforms, and video production processes.
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail and brand voice.
    • Experience using AI‑based tools for content creation and optimization preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
