    Job Brief:

    We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management and Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), automation, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft licensing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user identities, provisioning/deprovisioning access, improving security posture, automating workflows, and ensuring compliance with Microsoft licensing models and agreements. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

    Identity & Access Management (IAM) 

    • Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding) 
    • Administer access controls, permissions, and role-based access control (RBAC) 
    • Maintain and support directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory 
    • Manage cloud identity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) 
    • Perform access reviews, certifications, and audits 
    • Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies 
    • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards 

    Automation & Scripting 

    • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Visual Studio. 
    • Automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes 
    • Integrate IAM systems with HR and enterprise applications 
    • Support workflow automation using tools like Microsoft Power Automate 
    • Improve operational efficiency through process optimization 

    Networking Support 

    • Understand networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) 
    • Troubleshoot access issues related to network connectivity 
    • Collaborate with network teams to secure access to systems and applications 
    • Support secure remote access solutions 

    Microsoft Licensing Management 

    • Manage and optimize Microsoft licenses (M365, Azure subscriptions) 
    • Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements 
    • Monitor usage and recommend cost-optimization strategies 
    • Support licensing audits and reporting 
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure subscription models 

    Experience and Education Requirements:  

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field 
    • 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management 
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID 
    • Experience with automation using PowerShell and Visual Studio 
    • Understanding of networking fundamentals 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (E3, E5, CSP, EA, etc.) 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Jira, Okta, Salesforce) 
    • Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles 
    • Microsoft certifications (SC-300, AZ-104, MS-900) 
    • ITIL certification
