    As the Online Analytics and Projects Lead you will combine your data analysis expertise with your project management skills to oversee online projects, analyze data, and drive data-informed decisions. As the Analytics Lead, you are responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of key online business data, focusing on delivering actionable insights through robust data analysis and developing comprehensive dashboards to support strategic decision-making and sales performance. While as the Projects Lead, you will manage assigned business initiatives intended to enhance operational efficiency and capability to support business growth and profitability.

    Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

    Data Collection and Analysis

    • Lead the collection and analysis of data related to online sales and service performance, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
    • Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in operations.
    • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collected across multiple platforms and sources.
    • Optimize reporting tools and processes to streamline the flow of data and reduce reporting turnaround times.
    • Act as the analytics subject-matter expert to provide guidance on interpreting data trends and their implications.

    Dashboard Development and Reporting

    • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights for key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to conversion rates, sales trends, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Generate periodic reports to track business performance, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly summaries.
    • Present data-driven findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and platform/systems teams.

    Project Management and Operations Improvement

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of inefficiency or opportunity, and recommend data-backed strategies for improvement.
    • Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives designed to enhance business capability, drive online business growth, or maximize profitability.
    • Participate in process design or enhancement to support new capabilities or business models.
    • Utilize analytics to assess/set project ROI estimates, measure post-launch success of initiatives based on set targets, and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Partner with internal business units, marketing, sales, platform, operations, and other support teams to align on data reporting and project requirements and goals.
    • Coordinate with external partners to ensure progress and timely execution of assigned projects.

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics and Project Management.
    • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
    • Experience with Excel, and other data analytics tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience in eCommerce or online sales analytics is a plus
    • Must be willing to work fully on-site at Taguig
