    Job Description:
    The Process Transformation Manager will be responsible for supporting the global payroll transformation efforts within the region.

    This role coordinates other more junior members of the team to ensure they collaborate among themselves and across Transformation teams in other regions and other workstreams to meet deadlines.

    Responsible for* supporting a global vendor transition* reviewing, optimizing and designing standard processes* collaborate with key stakeholders to create an enhanced customer experience for Company .


    Must have:


    Bachelor's DegreeAnalytics work experience in Sales, Pricing, Finance, or related field10+ years process improvement or consulting experienceExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsTeam leadership and facilitationProcess Improvement concepts and toolsStrategy execution (taking strategy to execution)Excellent problem solving and analytical skillsProvide transparency to status of work efforts to multiple stakeholdersAbility to work non-standard hours.

    Strong oral, spoken and written English communication skillsGood to have:
    Experience in change management projects and relationship managementExperience working in a global, virtual environment with a virtual team across time zones
