Be part of our client's team as an Australian Paraplanner, supporting Australian financial advisers with compliant Statements of Advice, financial modelling, and Xplan administration. You'll apply proven paraplanning expertise to ensure advice documentation meets regulatory requirements, passes audit review, and supports strong outcomes across wealth, mortgage, and insurance planning.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years' experience in Australian financial services paraplanning
• Direct involvement in preparing SOAs and advice documentation
• Strong understanding of Australian financial planning regulations
• Advanced Xplan skills or strong proficiency with Australian planning platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Financial Management, or related field
• Exposure to insurance pre-assessment processes
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple advisers

Your Daily Tasks

• Produce clear, compliant Statements of Advice
• Perform financial modelling across SMSF, Trust, and Company structures
• Apply legislative and regulatory standards to advice documentation
• Utilize Xplan for planning workflows and reporting
• Communicate effectively with advisers through written and verbal updates
• Provide guidance or coordination support within small teams when required
