Overview:
Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Scheduler to join our Data Operations team. This role combines scheduling expertise with strong data management capabilities to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Operations Management
Data Gathering (DTR): Collect and compile technical data, timesheets, and resource information from multiple sources
Data Processing:
Transform raw data into structured, actionable formats using relevant tools and systems
Data Review:
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all gathered information
Client Approval:
Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary approvals and confirmations on deliverables and timelines
Scheduling & Resource Optimization
Schedule projects, personnel, and resources efficiently to meet client requirements
Monitor and optimize flex utilization rates to maximize operational efficiency
Maintain project timelines and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders
Adjust schedules proactively based on resource availability and client needs
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data gathering tools and methodologies
Experience with data processing software (Excel, SQL, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Professional Experience:
College Graduate
2-3+ years in scheduling, operations, or data management roles
Experience with resource planning and utilization optimization
Familiarity with project management or similar environments
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
