    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Dusit Hotels and Resorts in Davao. The role involves day-to-day management of food service operations and staff, ensuring exceptional food and beverage service, overseeing training programs, creating and monitoring budgets, and maintaining customer service standards.

    Qualifications
    • Food Service and Food & Beverage management experience
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
    • Budgeting and financial management skills
    • Previous work experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
