    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for achieving the store's target EBIT and disposing of aging and damaged merchandise. Research and study new items that may be displayed in stores to help the company attain its goal and gain profit. Prepares analyses and provides sound conclusions and recommendations to improve business. Reviews individual performance and identifies training and development needs.

    EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

    Graduate of any four-Year Course preferably business or any related Course.

    At least 5 Years of Supervisory or Managerial Experience in a service-oriented Company

    BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING

    Good knowledge and understanding of operations and business trends. Comprehends the business competition and its effects on the business.

    FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • SALES

    Meet or surpass the sales target of the stores.

    Ensures the achievement of the store's target EBIT.

    • INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

    Know ways to sell and dispose of aging items and damaged merchandise.

    Know and understand how to control markdowns and price breaks.

    Monitor the movement of the merchandise to distinguish the bestsellers and slow-moving items; prompt analysis, feedback, and recommendation of said items.

    Interpret and analyze financial data and come up with variable solutions.

    • PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

    Research and study new items that may be displayed in stores to help the company attain its goal of profit.

    • OTHERS

    Prepare analysis and provide sound conclusions and recommendations to improve business.

    Act as a role model in complying with company policies and ensure that staff comply with all policies and work requirements at all times.

    Set the highest performance standards in the store.

    Interview candidates and react to existing and potential staff vacancies.

    Review individual performance and identify training and development needs.

    Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
