Manage reservations seating plans waitlists strategically to maximize table occupancy minimize idle or lost seating opportunities.Coordinate closely with the service floor kitchen ensure optimal guest flow balanced table turnover accurately document endorse guest preferences special requests VIP notes enhance personalized service repeat patronage handle phone in-person inquiries clarity professionalism sales-aware service etiquette maintain calm organized decisive control during peak hours prevent congestion guest dissatisfaction revenue loss support recovery efforts addressing concerns promptly escalating management when required uphold Company SOPs data confidentiality standards grooming policies professional conduct requirements
