We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our telecommunications program in Cagayan de Oro. This onsite position is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, service requests, and basic technical concerns.
The role requires providing accurate information, documenting interactions properly, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Successful candidates will undergo structured training to ensure readiness for the role.
Qualifications
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage but not required
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
