    About the Role

    Job Title: Store Manager

    Reports to: Operation Associate

    Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

    Work Location: Kenangan Coffee - SM Laoag

    This role requires overseeing the smooth operation of the store, managing a team of staff, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. You will also be accountable for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding company standards.

    Responsibilities

    1. **Team Management:**

    2. Supervise and lead a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel.

    3. Create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees.
    4. Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.

    5. **Customer Service:**

    6. Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.

    7. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    8. Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.

    9. **Store Operations:**

    10. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

    11. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
    12. Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.

    13. **Sales and Marketing:**

    14. Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    15. Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
    16. Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

    17. **Quality Control:**

    18. Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Tea's quality and presentation standards.

    19. Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.

    20. **Health and Safety Compliance:**

    21. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.

    22. Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.

    About You

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
    • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
    • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Enthusiasm for the Macao Imperial Tea brand and its products.
