• Negotiates prices for imported and local materials and costs of delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies
• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers and vendors in collaboration with other departments
• Updates and keeps tracks the materials tracker for real time collaboration with project development teams and other concerned departments
• Keeps track of the required documentation under the Supply Chain Department (such as but not limited to Materials Request Form, Purchase Requests, Purchase Order, warehouse documents, etc.)
• Ensures timely and accurate submission of bill of quantities required for project budgets
• Assists the Finance and Operations Department in monitoring of required payments to vendors and subcontractors

• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and project schedule
• Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and warehouse and onsite staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient and safe loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials
• Assists the project management teams in logistics, hauling, and heavy equipment requirements Supplier Accreditation and Relationship Management
• Issues and monitors the Supplier Accreditation Forms for new suppliers and vendors and ensure that a proper accreditation process is followed prior to engaging services
• Support the ISO Department by ensuring that the necessary evaluations are done in a timely manner
• Maintain positive relationship with suppliers

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
• Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office
• Must be well-versed with Quickbooks accounting software
• Has at least five (5) years' work experience on Procurement
