    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accounting Analyst based in Pasig with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Accounting Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial accounting and reporting services to our clients. This position requires individuals with a strong sense of integrity, exceptional people skills, adaptability to meaningful change, and a relentless client focus.     Key Competencies

    1. Business Acumen:

    • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making.

    • Execute and ensure compliance in the month-end and year-end closing activities

    4. Financial Accounting and Reporting:

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other applicable standards.
    • Perform complex accounting reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
    • Assist clients in understanding financial data and making informed decisions.

    5. People:

    • Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or a related field required
    • Strong background in general accounting, financial reports, and records-to-report
    • Analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with accounting software (Xero, etc.) is a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
