• We are looking for highly motivated sales-oriented individuals with proven track record in sales and marketing.
• We are looking for experienced sales professional who have more than two years experience in the industry of non-life, at least on a supervisory level .
• We are looking for sales professionals who can sell insurance products and is comfortable with sales targets.
• Applicant must have excellent communication skills. Someone who can speak and write correct Tagalog and English.
• Confident and someone who is not afraid to negotiate with clients and suppliers. Must have a strong and pleasing personality.
• Must be willing to sell insurance products via personal selling, online selling, telemarketing, etc. in a new normal environment.
• Must have an advance internet and computer skills and must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Must have a Facebook account (required) and other popular social media accounts.
• Must have a good moral character.
• Must be knowledgeable and access to virtual communication like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
• With own transport will be a big advantage.
• Must be able to build his or her own team of agents.
• Shall saturate and market areas of CALABARZON and nearby provinces, but you are open to tap market nationwide.
• Compensation is allowance-based and commissions only. We also have performance-based incentives. Income opportunity is endless especially to those who have entrepreneurial skills.
