    We're Hiring: Dispatch Coordinator – Philippines

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Quickly respond to, open, and own helpdesk tickets/requests; monitor and update daily, ensuring effective resolution.

    • Manage request delivery on a first-in, first-out basis according to priority, ensuring SLA compliance.

    • Update request statuses in ticketing software.

    • Coordinate with in-house and third-party vendors to complete tasks within agreed timelines and costs.

    • Assist SDMs, Project Coordinators, and Team Leads to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Secure completed Site Visit Reports (Pre and Post).

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Proven experience in IT, Service Desk, or Technical Support.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

    • Willingness to work onsite.

    • Intermediate knowledge of IT SLAs and performance metrics.

    Essential Skills:

    • Behavioral: Works independently, communicates openly, collaborates effectively, demonstrates accountability, multitasks efficiently.

    • Technical: IT hardware, software/apps, networking knowledge; familiar with ticketing tools and SLA management.

    Language Skills:

    • English: C1
