    We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Programmatic & Performance Trader to support our Australian media accounts. Working closely with our Melbourne-based team, you will be the "doer" responsible for the technical setup, management, and optimization of digital campaigns.

    This role is ideal for a candidate from a media agency background who enjoys the technical side of platforms and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While the current focus is on execution rather than strategy, there is significant scope for career growth as the role evolves.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Campaign Execution: Handle the end-to-end setup and launch of digital campaigns across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels.

    • Optimization & Delivery: Monitor daily performance and implement optimizations to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and platform best practices.

    • Pacing & Budget Management: Work closely with Planners to manage allocated budgets, ensuring accurate spend pacing and full delivery across all accounts.

    • Multi-Channel Management: Simultaneously manage multiple campaigns across various platforms while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

    • Internal Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and digital WIPs (Work in Progress) to align on performance and upcoming tasks.

    • Troubleshooting: Act as the technical point of contact for platform troubleshooting and execution hurdles.

    • Process Adherence: Follow structured setup and optimization processes to ensure consistency and quality control.



    Requirements

    Must-Have (Minimum Requirements)

    • Proven experience working within a media agency environment.

    • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) is essential.

    • Strong proficiency in Google Ads.

    • Practical experience in Programmatic trading.

    • Exceptional precision in campaign setup and data entry.

    • Strong internal communication skills for team collaboration.

    Good-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

    • Experience with The Trade Desk is highly preferred; exposure to DV360 or StackAdapt is a plus.

    • Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest Ads.

    • Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads.

    Work Schedule & Environment

    • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sydney Time.

    • Team Structure: You will support Strategists and Planners who handle high-level planning while you focus on technical execution.

    • Communication: Primarily internal collaboration with minimal external/vendor contact (restricted to troubleshooting).
