1.Observes workplace and assess any potential hazards or health effects that may result from the current work environment.

Provides routine work environment appraisals to Management on an ongoing basis. This report would include any potential

exposures in the workplace as well as any abnormalities you have identified from observations.

Required to document and maintain all records associated with workplace injuries or

illnesses. This includes occupational or non- occupational ijuries and illnesses.

Approves medicall related reports required by DOLE/SSS and Philhealth.
Prepares medicines pertaining to complaints of employees.
Coordinates with Production for proper implementation of Health and Safety Program to the company.
Provides medical aid and facilities to all employees.
Roves at the company premises to observe and maintain the safety workplace.
Implementation of Personal Protective Equipment for each employees.
Endorsed patient to the hospitals.
Serves as a link between employee and health insurance.
Performs other jobs that may be required.1. Female
