    SimplerQMS is a Denmark-based B2B SaaS company providing an Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) for life science companies. We help regulated organizations work more efficiently while staying fully compliant - without unnecessary complexity.

    We're growing globally, recently secured significant investment, and are now strengthening our brand to match our ambitions.

    The Role

    We're looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to own and elevate the SimplerQMS brand across all touchpoints.

    This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll oversee our brand and creative direction, set standards, and raise the bar - while still executing a large part of the work yourself. Think player-coach, not "hands-off manager".

    You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate strategy into clear, consistent, and high-quality creative output that supports growth.

    This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in the Philippines.

    What You'll Do

    Brand Ownership & Direction

    • Own and evolve SimplerQMS's visual identity and brand expression.
    • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
    • Translate business and go-to-market strategy into strong creative direction.

    Creative Leadership (Player-Coach)

    • Set creative standards, templates, and best practices - and lead by example.
    • Review, improve, and execute creative work across marketing and sales.
    • Develop the creative function, mentoring team members and building a scalable design operation, with support from a part-time designer.

    Hands-on Design & Execution

    • Design high-quality assets including (Website and landing page visuals, Paid ads and social media creatives, Sales presentations, one-pagers, and demo materials, blog visuals, ebooks, and product-related graphics)
    • Collaborate closely with content and performance marketing to support demand generation and conversion.

    Illustration & Visual Storytelling

    • Create or guide the creation of custom illustrations and visual systems.
    • Make complex B2B and life science topics easier to understand visually.

    Rebranding & Asset Optimization

    • Lead rebranding and modernization of existing materials based on our CVI.
    • Build and maintain a scalable, well-structured asset library.

    Sales & Internal Enablement

    • Support sales with polished, on-brand materials and templates.
    • Design assets for events, webinars, and internal initiatives when needed.

    What We're Looking For

    • Senior experience in brand, creative, or visual design roles (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
    • Proven ability to own a brand end-to-end, not just execute individual design tasks.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, consistency, and hands-on execution.
    • Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing, paid ads, and conversion-focused design.
    • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
    • Confident communicator who collaborates well with non-design stakeholders.
    • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
