Education:Completion of two (2) year studies in college
Experience:One (1) year of relevant experience
Training:Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility:Career Service Sub-Professional/ 1st Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Completion of two (2) year studies in college
Experience:One (1) year and above of experience relevant to the job

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
1.Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

JOB SUMMARY
Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial, administrative support and clerical functions for his/her section and does related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Assists in the conduct of physical inventory
2.Consolidate physical inventory reports
3.Assists in the preparation of reports for submission
4.Provide secretariat functions to different committees
5.Validate Personal Property Item Pass Slip (PPIPS)
6.Draft letters/memoranda and other communications and
7.Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Division Chief.
