- Assist accountants and other finance officer with creating and editing of financial documents
- Organize bookkeeping processes of the company
- Evaluate, reconcile sales reports and draft financial statements
- Preparation and verification of billing statements
- Ensures confidentiality of records in accordance with the instruction of management (Bookkeeper)
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Account Reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable.*Perform other duties we may need you to do
