- Collaborates with the Sales Team in presenting pricing concerns requiring President's Approval.

- Collaborates and conducts orientation and on-board procedures to new hires
- Participates during client meetings on Actuarial matters
- Collates data, analyzes, and conducts ad hoc studies requested from the department
