    Primary Responsibilities

    Accountable for ensuring accurate pricing of Corporate accounts and on time releasing of proposal; evaluation and finalization of policy set-up for Corporate accounts.

    Supervises Both Processes And People

    • Process responsibilities include activities such as: o Work Unit Planning and Implementation o Task Assignment and Scheduling o Budget Allocation and Control o Problem-solving and Decision-making o Monitoring and Evaluating Results o Escalating issues and/or risks
    • People responsibilities include activities such as: o Developing Team and Individual Skills and Capabilities o Mentoring, Coaching and Job-shadowing o Engaging and Motivating employees o Rating Performance Reviews o Monitoring and providing feedback on day-to-day performance o Counseling and carrying out Disciplinary Activity

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Collaborates with the Sales Team in presenting pricing concerns requiring President's Approval.
    • Provides support in the improvements of current process flows and pricing guidelines
    • Provides support in automation projects and initiatives
    • Collaborates and conducts orientation and on-board procedures to new hires
    • Participates during client meetings on Actuarial matters
    • Collates data, analyzes, and conducts ad hoc studies requested from the department
