Job summary
The MIS & Planning Officer's job is to create an information network system for the utilization of Management as well as the different units in SMEBG in evaluating the performance of its line officers.Responsibilities
- Evaluates and analyzes the monthly financial performance of Relationship Managers and Responsibility Centers in relation to plans and revenue targets as mandated by Management.
- Reviews and analyzes profit centers' performance assesses the achievement of sales/revenue goals and growth targets versus actual identify areas needing attention and recommend appropriate strategies and courses of actions.
- Conceptualizes and implements appropriate performance measurement systems in line with the overall strategy.
