- Work with business users globally to find solutions for their business problems related to the core business applications utilized for Reporting and Data Analytics
- Own and optimize operational and monitoring processes within platforms
- Perform routine application maintenance, migrations and upgrades
- Resolve data & application related issues to ensure smooth operations, working closely with Quality Assurance Engineers on data integrity and process assurance aspects.
- Take part in projects, engaged during the development phase up to production deployment and 2nd level operations support, collaborating with platform teams in tasks to ensure smooth transition
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and manage releases of multiple applications within platform production environment
- Train and communicate with end users on new solutions, features, releases and processes
- Maintain and evolve knowledge management
- Develop preventive measures and work together with platform teams on automation and operational improvement opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in the financial industry
- Experience with relational database with advanced SQL skills
- Experience with any of the CRM – Siebel, Salesforce, Microsoft dynamics etc..
- Deep knowledge or practical experience with Operations support and Release Management
- Practical experience with incident and problem management as well as cloud services.
- Accurate, effective and independent working style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and confidently interact with business users
- Excellent communication skills and customer centric approach
- Very good language skills in English (written/oral)
