- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Customize SAP HCM processes to meet the organization's specific requirements, including Travel Management and other customizations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM users.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity within the system.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM features and functionalities and recommend best practices to optimize system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Specialist, with expertise in SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM processes, including Travel Management and other customizations.
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP HCM for large organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP HCM certification is a plus.
