Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Marketing Supervisor role based in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives, conduct comprehensive market research, and design and implement strategic marketing plans.
You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, fostering seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders, and directly supporting the sales team to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:
Supervise daily marketing operations, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Campaign Orchestration:
Coordinate and execute end-to-end campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels.
Performance Analytics:
Monitor KPIs using advanced analytics tools to ensure campaigns meet targets and deliver strong ROI.
Brand Stewardship:
Ensure strict brand consistency across all platforms and internal/external communications.
Budget & Collaboration:
Manage marketing budgets and partner with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align on core business objectives.
Operations & Vendors:
Oversee corporate compliance within marketing activities and manage external vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven marketing experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Technical Savvy:
A strong command of digital tools, specifically SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
Communication:
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both your team and executive stakeholders.
Work Setup
Hybrid Arrangement: 3 days onsite at our BGC, Taguig office and 2 days WFH.
