    Job Description

    We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII has the following vacant Contract of Service position:

    One (1) slot for Financial Analyst III

    Status of Employment :Contract of Service

    Division/Program:Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

    Salary Grade:SG 18 (46,725.00)

    Place of Assignment:Field Office VII

    Minimum Qualification Standards:

    Education:Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

    Training: At least 4 hours relevant training

    Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience

    Primary Tasks:

    1.Act as LBP RAC Lead Secretariat

    2.Maintain an inventory of Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) in the area

    3.Coordinate with Land Bank as regards accreditation of Rural Banks and other conduits

    4.Consolidate schedules of payout and submit to the PP Finance Unit

    5.Monitor the payouts being conducted in different areas. Immediately coordinate with Deputy Project Manager for decision of the Regional Director any issue/concern that may arise during payouts

    6.Ensure prompt submission of accurate liquidation reports by as well as prompt payment of service fees to Land Bank and its conduits

    7.Ensure prompt submission of accurate payout status using the Payment Reconciliation System and liquidation reports to the Central Office PP Finance Unit

    8.Organize meetings with FO FM organic staff and Fas I and II to discuss and come up with recommendations on issues concerning cash grants for decision of the Regional Director thru the Deputy Project Manager

    9.Regularly update the CO PP Finance Unit on status of cash grants delivery
