    Job Title

    A Sales Director is needed for the Visayas and Mindanao regions to lead sales efforts, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop market intelligence reports.


    About the Job


    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil), Material Science, or Mechanical engineering. They must have at least 5 years of experience in construction, engineering & design architecture and building materials. The role involves regular travel between Cebu/Davao offices and Manila headquarters.



    Responsibilities:


    • To provide customers with technical advice on brand products usage
    • To exploit market opportunities leading to increasing brand awareness.
    • To develop/maintain relations with key accounts primarily focusing on REBAR COUPLERS & PRECAST TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS,
    • To regularly update market intelligence reports relevant to the construction industry competition,
