Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Physical Therapist to join our team as a Documentation Review Specialist. This role involves reviewing therapy documentation for Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Review therapy documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct full case reviews as assigned and provide detailed feedback to therapists on documentation quality
