Job summary
The Director of Training and Quality provides leadership to team members and directs efforts towards effective performance management and delivery on standards.They are accountable for the performance of their team members through coaching, creating and maintaining development plans. They design and develop interventions to address performance improvement for both account service delivery and organizational needs.
The goal is to reach maximum performance potential by removing bottlenecks for continuous improvement initiatives.
