Job summary
The Corporate Governance Associate supports the documentation implementation and monitoring of company policies and procedures the role conducts interviews and operational walk-throughs coordinates with Operations Officers for process clarifications and audits assists in disseminating governance memos monitors contract compliance performs operations audits prepares reports and recommendations supports follow-ups on corrective actions the associate likewise assists field auditors by gathering organizing required data.
,Qualifications
- Bachelor s/College Degree in Accounting Internal Audit or a related field .
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferably in the restaurant or foodservice industry .
