Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process enrollment fees and other payments from students/clients
- Issue official receipts and maintain proper documentation of all transactions
- Manage and monitor petty cash funds, including disbursement and replenishment
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare and process budget requests from different departments
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Assist during audits and provide required financial documents
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
