- Develop and implement estate-wide security policies, protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Supervise and manage security personnel
- Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrol logs, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and estate-specific security regulations.
- Foster a culture of safety, vigilance, and customer service among the security team.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate, mall, or building security management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in security technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).
- Excellent crisis management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of responding to emergencies.
- Knowledge of legal guidelines and compliance standards related to security operations.
