IT Support/ Customer Service Representative - Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal users to present products and services
- Manage and maintain positive client and user relationships
- Prepare, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures
- Perform routine system checks, inspections, and quality testing
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow, system, and process issues
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and regulations
- Document technical and quality assurance activities, including audit and incident reports
- Discuss issues and recommended solutions with supervisors and management
- Create documentation, operating manuals, and training materials
- Conduct user training to improve system usage and reduce recurring issues
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational processes
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Familiar with data management systems
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and willing to learn during the training period
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prevent errors and improve job quality
- Must have own laptop
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (remote and on-site)
