• Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and offline.
• Make necessary documents for recruitment.
• Build up relations with schools and partners
• Designing and updating job descriptions.
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen, Schedule, and Interview applicants.
• Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short CourseCertificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Communicates and works effectively in English (oral and written form)
• Well-organized and strict with implementing the rules
• Outgoing with a pleasing personality
• Well-versed with Microsoft programs and Google Suites
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
• At least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage.
