    • Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staffmembers while supervising and delegatingdepartment tasks.
    • Evaluating, developing, and improving departmentcontrols, systems, and procedures that increaseaccuracy and efficiency.
    • Overseeing the daily activities of the accountingdepartment and ensuring that all major projects,month-end, and year-end reports are completedaccurately and on time.
    • Ensuring that all accounting processes align withGAAP and current financial legislation.
    • Analyzing financial data and creating reports formanagement, stakeholders, and external parties,such as vendors or lenders.
    • Maintaining accurate and complete financialrecords and participating in audits orreconciliations, as needed.
    • Assisting other departments as they developstrategies, establish objectives, and make decisionsthat could have a financial impact on the business.
    • Keeping informed about the latest developmentsin the finance industry.

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting
    • CPA License
    • At least Ten (10) years experience in Accounting
    • Experience in Management, Accounting, or arelated field may be preferred.
