    Job Description

    • Responsible for measuring the impact of each training through pre-tests and post-tests, and will always report the results to the Medical Director.
    • Learn to accept responsibility for generating quarterly reviews and assessments
    • Requires a driven personality, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Nursing degree
    • Licensed Nurse
    • Background in training and people management
    • Preferably with experience in creating training plans or curriculum programs
    • Preferably from hospitals, clinics, pharmaceuticals or medical device organizations
