- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in building systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lights, cleaning filters, checking motor loads).
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance, typically with certifications (e.g., TESDA, vocational training).
- Flexibility: Ability to handle multiple types of trade tasks and adapt to changing assignments.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for long periods.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills to identify root causes of equipment failure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
