    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Summary of Position: The position is tasked with the responsibility for developing creative and innovative multimedia and visual materials aligned to brand guidelines. This job position is responsible for creation of digital marketing content in collaboration with the marketing team including but not limited to ideation, content creation and coordination with third-party printing agencies as needed.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Create a creative layout for online and marketing collaterals


    • Handle photo/video shoots for store openings, video content, and events. Experience in video editing is a plus


    • Facilitate livestream operation and production


    • Collaborate with Digital & PR, Events, Retail Mktg, and E-Commerce team for the execution of key visuals needed for each campaign


    • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.


    • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.


    • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.


    • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, and colleagues as necessary.


    • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.


    • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary


    • Other tasks may be assigned

    Competencies / Skills:


    • 1-2 years experience in Graphic Design Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.


    • Required skills: Video and Photo Editing and motion graphics, Visual Multimedia, Adobe Photoshop


    • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite


    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills


    • Required Language(s): English & Filipino


    • An independent, highly motivated, and passionate individual who dreams of growing in a competitive setting.


    • Willing to work onsite in Manila


    • Livestream production experience is a plus

    Experience / Skills Requirements:

    Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

    Required Skill(s): Video and Photo Editing and motion graphic, Visual Multimedia, Adobe Photoshop

    Preferably with experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

    Background in video/photo shoot is a plus

    Fresh graduates are welcome

    Required Language(s): English & Filipino
