Job summary
Maintain the company's general ledger ensuring all records are accurate and transactions properly accounted for by reviewing entries from the Accounts Payable Associate and Revenue Accountants Verify the accuracy of inventory counts and costing ensure all issuances of inventory properly recorded Supervise and mentor accounting associates to ensure adherence to policies procedures maintaining accuracy consistency in reports Assist in payroll preparation review payroll data for accuracy before submission signatory approval bank processing Oversee year-end audit ensuring timely submission accurate reports compliance requirements Initiate finance-related special projects drive operational sustainability efficiency Establish maintain company's Financial Manual Prepare management reports not produced at Enderun participate ad hoc reporting analysis or projects required Assist VP Finance performing strategic operational functions Manage end-to-end finance accounting processes
