    PROJECT IN CHARGE JOB DESCRIPTION:
    1. Responsible for site coordination, management, safety, working condition and control of site work organization and meet project deadlines2. Conducts site monitoring and inspection of contractors' activities to evaluate daily accomplishments3.

    Monitoring progress of the construction in relation to programmed time table and evaluate work executed in accordance with the project specification and design4.

    Monitoring progress of implementation5.

    Coordinating with Project Manager and sub-contractors on work assignment, work progress and creating solutions of problems in the construction site6.

    Checking and reviewing of building plans7. Preparing site progress reports and project schedule8. Reports to Project Manager9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed10. Schedule and attend meetings, issuing agendas, meeting request, reserving resources11. Provide reports for billing purposes12. Maintain all relevant project documentations, org charts, calendars and reports13. Manage the project as needed while project manager is off site14. Assist in the project closeout by managing punch list and closeout logs, compiling turnover package and submitting the contract closeout to the owner

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any Engineering course or equivalent2. At least (2) two years work-related experience in construction as project in-charge or project officer3. Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantage4. Experience in handling crew/construction workers with good leadership is an advantage5. Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with operations personnel, finance and other departments.6. Can work efficiently with minimal supervision7. Can deliver results fast and accurate
