Ready to lead a finance function that does more than report numbers?

We're looking for a Finance Manager, FP&A and Commercial Analytics who will lead our accounting team while elevating the function into true financial planning, forecasting, and decision support.

This role bridges strong accounting fundamentals with commercial insight. As we scale across multiple entities, currencies, and countries, Finance must provide discipline, clarity, and control, not noise.

What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of leader who:

Lead the Accounting Function

Leads, coaches, and develops a team of accountants and bookkeepers.
Sets the standard for month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.
Ensures statutory compliance and regulatory reporting across PH, AU, and SA entities.
Strengthens internal financial controls to support audit readiness and ISO alignment.
Builds consistent workflows, documentation standards, and team accountability.

Deliver Management Reporting Leaders Trust

Produces a clear, decision-ready monthly management reporting pack.
Owns consolidation across entities and currencies, including intercompany reconciliations.
Strengthens governance around reporting definitions and classifications.
Improves visibility across entities for performance comparison.
Partners with leaders to ensure reporting answers commercial questions.

Own FP&A: Forecasting & Scenario Planning

Leads forecasting and planning cadence across the business.
Builds scenario models that link decisions to financial outcomes.
Partners with department heads on budgets, hiring plans, and investment cases.
Turns financial insights into practical, actionable recommendations.

Drive Commercial Analytics & Unit Economics

Owns COGS tracking and gross margin visibility across entities.
Maintains cost-per-seat transparency including salary, statutory costs, and overhead allocation.
Builds profitability views by segment, service line, and geography.
Identifies margin leakage and performance drivers.
Standardizes core metrics such as CAC, LTV, COGS, margin, and churn impact.

Strengthen Cash Flow & Working Capital

Improves collections rhythm and DSO management.
Partners with Sales and Client Experience to ensure billing predictability.
Ensures payroll liquidity planning across entities and currencies.
Protects the business from preventable cash strain as we scale.

Revenue Recognition & Billing Governance

Ensures revenue recognition policies are clearly defined and consistently applied.
Strengthens contract-to-cash governance and billing accuracy controls.
Aligns finance processes with operational reality to prevent revenue leakage.

Dashboards & Business Intelligence

Builds dashboards that are simple, accessible, and used by leaders.
Translates complex financial data into clear business signals.
Recommends and implements scalable BI approaches.
Improves data quality while reducing manual reporting through automation.

Finance Systems & Data Governance

Owns the finance systems ecosystem and reporting integrations.
Partners with IT/DevOps to improve automation and data reliability.
Maintains clean, scalable data definitions and chart-of-accounts governance.

Requirements

What You Bring
We're looking for someone with:

5+ years of finance experience, including meaningful FP&A or commercial analytics exposure.
Experience leading accounting operations through a team.
Comfortable in multi-entity and/or multi-currency environments.
Experience managing statutory compliance and audit processes.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (modelling, scenario analysis, data cleaning).
Strong English communication skills with confidence partnering senior leaders.

Nice to have (Not required)

Experience in EOR, staffing, BPO, professional services, or services-based businesses.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
Experience with Xero or other cloud accounting platforms.
CPA or CMA qualification.
