    Data Mining Clerk - REMOTE

    We are seeking a skilled Data Mining Clerk to join our team. This role involves identifying key information for internal and external clients, requiring the ability to transition between tasks in a flexible and dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct internet research to identify new HOAs and Management Companies across the U.S.
    • Verify locations and public data using various tools
    • Data entry and organization within spreadsheets
    • Review video content in accordance with the community CC&Rs
    • Analyze and document information from bank accounts into client software systems

    Requirements:

    • 2–3 years of experience as a Data Management Specialist
    • Results Driven
    • Strong computer skills (knowledgeable in Excel and Adobe PDF Editor)
    • Experience in data gathering is preferred (Data mining, Video/Videogame review, Quality Assurance, Bank information or inventory control, etc.)
    • Strong written communication skills

    Working Conditions:

    • Remote Work
    • Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday 11:00 pm – 8:00 am Manila Time)
