Job summary
The Account Officer is responsible for ensuring that all accounts are properly monitored by implementing collection policies and procedures. They formulate necessary recommendations for accounts in default based on thorough analysis and prepare monthly collection reports. The officer also updates buyer/s ledgers, prepares and sends billing statements and notices to buyers.
