- Core Operations own day to day processes
- Middle Office have ownership of overall operational client satisfaction
- Client Implementations own the onboarding of new and incremental client/business to the CSO platform
- Collateral relationships with all major banks and brokers globally
- Provides tri-party support in excess of 20 markets
- Provides international securities and escrow management in support of clients' derivatives exposures in line with their ISDA Agreements liaises directly with the clients' market counterparts to agree collateral obligations and movements, and manages the terms of the Credit Support Annexes.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Securities Lending, Settlements, Trade Support/Middle Office or COACs role
- Good knowledge of global financial markets
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with strategic internal & external partners
- Exhibit strong analytical skills coupled with independent and reliable decision-making mindset including taking the initiative to take lead in order to drive change and continuously enhance controls
- Flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work and comfortable to deal with pressure and fast pace environment

Primary product support falls into 3 categories: Derivatives Collateral Management (DCM), Securities Collateral Management (SCM) & Margin Control.
Primary functions span three global teams:
