Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to support comprehensive dental rehabilitation services. The role is suitable for newly licensed dentists or those with 1–2 years of experience who are willing to undergo training and grow within a structured clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general dental procedures aligned with treatment plans
- Assist in rehabilitation and restorative cases under clinical guidance
- Ensure proper patient care, documentation, and infection control compliance
- Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve quality treatment outcomes
- Participate in training and continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Licensed Dentist (PRC)
- Newly board passers are welcome to apply
- With or without experience; willing to undergo training
- Candidates with experience should be able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work full-time, six days per week
- No conflicting clinical commitments that may affect schedule availability
Employment Setup
- One-month training period
- Upon successful completion of training, transition to probationary status
