Job summary
The Audit & Admin Staff is responsible for ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed meticulously. This role involves monitoring and reporting employee infractions,endorsing disciplinary actions or reorientation as necessary, and proposing changes or revisions to company SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Process Excellence
• Compliance - ensures company complies with all internal policies and procedures.
• SOP Review and Improvement - evaluate the effectiveness of current SOP's and identify areas for improvement. - Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation
