    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Containerization Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Kubernetes.
    • Strong understanding of containerization concepts and technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
    • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
    • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker Compose, Kubernetes Operators, or Istio.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their integration with Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining containerized applications using Kubernetes orchestration.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized applications.
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying containerized applications.
    • Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and refactor monolithic architectures into microservices.
    • Implement and enforce best practices for container security, including image scanning, network policies, and RBAC.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
    • Ensure high availability and reliability of containerized applications by implementing proper disaster recovery and failover strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with Kubernetes releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve container orchestration processes.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior containerization engineers and other team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective containerized solutions.
